Tax Commission Announcement  No. 3
According to the Announcement of the State Council Customs Tariff Commission on the Trial Implementation of the Exclusion of Tariff Commodities from the United States and Canada (Tax Commission Announcement  No. 2), the State Council Customs Tariff Commission organized the review of valid applications submitted by applicants and decided in accordance with procedures. For the second batch of tariffs imposed on the United States and Canada, some of them were excluded for the first time, and exclusion measures were implemented in two lists. The related matters are announced as follows:
For the products listed in List 1, from February 28, 2020 to February 27, 2021 (one year), I will not levy the tariffs I levied on measures to counter US 301. The customs duties and taxes that have been levied shall be refunded, and the relevant import enterprises shall apply to the customs for processing within 6 months from the date of publication of the exclusion list.
For the goods listed in List 2, from February 28, 2020 to February 27, 2021 (one year), the tariffs imposed by me against the US 301 measures will no longer be levied. Duties collected have not been refunded.
The State Council Customs Tariff Commission will continue to exclude tariffs on the United States and Canada and publish a subsequent batch of exclusion lists in due course.
